Member of the State Board of Elections since October 2005. Mr. Walters graduated from St. Ambrose College in Davenport, Iowa. He was Executive Director of the Southwestern Illinois Industrial Association in Wood River from 1978-2004 and was an Illinois State Representative from 1971-1975. Prior to that he was a Government Affairs Consultant and also worked in Public Relations. Mr. Walters is a veteran of the Korean War, is married with nine children and twenty-one grandchildren.
