Becky Glazier – Special Projects Manager

Special Projects is responsible for coordinating and implementing different Agency programs and is liaison with the federal government and other election related organizations. The Help America Vote Act (HAVA) is a major program administered through Special Projects. It oversees the preparation and distribution of federal grant funds and provides the Agency divisions and election authorities with updated information as it relates to HAVA. Special Projects also prepares the Mock Election Program which is available to all schools in Illinois.
